Morning Cooks suck. There are few exceptions to this rule. Here most of the morning cooks are women, and all of them have family. So they come in, turn on the equipment, cook through the shift, fight with everyone, leave the place a mess, and go home before 2PM. And when they fuck up severely, management just makes excuses for them, "Well they have a family to take care of..."
