Hello /ck/, any vegetarians/vegans here? I don't visit this board that often so IDK if that's some sort of taboo over here - I'm just looking for some ideas / recipes since I am one and enjoy cooking.

Not looking for an argue over vegetarianism, if you think it's stupid or gay, whatever. If you're a meat fan you can consider it a challenge to do a delicious meatless meal.

pic: soy protein stroganoff I've made - I'm not exactly a cook so don't mind the simplicity

It's something I've looked into myself (not a vegetarian/vegan, but I like expanding my horizons.)
You can try ChooseVeg.com for a lot of recipes. You can also go to VegWeb.com (this one is my favorite.)

Thanks for the tips, VegWeb seems really nice - I've made some of the recipes on it's homepage such as the bruschettas and a similar taco.

i think this board is at least 50% vegans/vegetarians actually, if not more.
most sites have a veg/vegan section of recipes. if not, most dishes are adaptable if you just use seitan or imitation meat or whatnot. here's some linkage for ya:
http://chowvegan.com/
http://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/category/recipes/vegan/
http://thehealthyfoodie.com/category/vegan/
http://vegweb.com/recipes

that looks awesome btw.
