nigga its really not that complicated to loose weight, its just cico. 2 years is plenty of time too. its just that was majority of retards in the world lack willpower to do it, and eat another candy bar instead. lack of willpower is what got them fat in the first place. nico is god tier violinist, do you really believe he is just another retard? no, he really planned it all along

he lost over 1kg per week, which is ridiculously difficult even for the most disciplined person. if you do the math on what he weighed vs what he weights now and how many calories he had to be deficit in order to lose over 1kg/week, youd see how unsustainable it is for a glutton like him. he used ozempic
ive lost 33kg so far and im only averaging 0.7kg/week loss, and ive tried every which way to make sure im losing as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible. its impossible for me to lose any more without being physically drained and having enough energy to exercise to burn more calories. i did do the math on his weight loss with different variables, e.g. assuming he was sedentary, assuming he was burning different amounts of calories per day, etc. over 1kg/week weight loss is unsustainable no matter which way you look at it, without ozempic.
