Sure, it's also great in tuna salad. I'm biased and think it's great on pretty much anything.

Iv'e never seen brands like Beaver or OP's Silver Spring >>20627274 but then I haven't looked, I'll keep some eyes open next time I go horseradish huntin. I have seen some local deli brands, tried them out but I've found the Gold's to be better and more consistant and the deli one's seem dulled like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for too long,

Perhaps try this Kelchner's Horse Radish, it'll knock your socks off. Sorry if this is a repost but it knocked my socks off like some space alien stuff.

I wish capsaicin based spicyness would go away as fast as horseradish

That would be cool. I like how horseradish burns my nostrils, tho.

A main problem with capsaicin is that if you don't clean your hands enough your eyes will tell you also your dick once you take a piss.

HORSEY SAUCE?
But yeah, horseradish rules. Also like the creamy kind on sandwiches.

>> No.20630802

>>20628328
Based. And for the n00bs, something that should be obvious but isn't: if you want real horseradish like Kelchner's, it is going to be REFRIGERATED, meaning it won't be in the supermarket "condiment" aisle with the sneed oil horseradish sauces. Try looking on the refrigerated shelves by the fish/seafood counter or deli counter.
