No really, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk folded into one pint of whipping cream beaten in a chilled bowl to stiff peaks. Then I can stir in ANYthing I like.

The best thing about it is that it's so good, I'm satisfied with something like 6-8 spoonfuls. When I used to buy the occasional 1.5 Quart tub,(what a fucking ripoff--used to be a half Gallon,) I could often burn through it in a sitting.

No really, it's shocking how little of it you need to feel satiated.
I also use a chilled french mixing bowl and the balloon whisk attachment for the electric mixer--takes less than 10 minutes to make, but you have to freeze it overnight.
I dumped a 1/4 C of rum into the butter pecan too...any extract also works really good with this method.
