Eggs.
Eggs on top of bread.
Which one is your go to? Sunny side up? Poached? Fried? Hard boiled and sliced? Scrambled?

Btw, fuck all countries with nothing but white bread and toast. Learn to use rye you fucking savages.

It depends on what you're adding atop the egg + bread.
>Sunny side up: best with a splash of hot sauce
>Poached: best with a little salt
>Fried: best with a little ketchup
>Hard boiled and sliced: best with sliced tomatoes
>Scrambled: best with gravy

Egg salad on toast. Three eggs, a one to two tablespoons of mustard and mayo, and maybe a quarter teaspoon of paprika, salt and pepper.

I can boil the eggs while I'm in the shower and they're ready to go when I'm dressed. That isn't to say I eat it all the time, but if I want something heavy in the morning that's my go-to.

Over-easy on rye is pretty good, I swap it for whole wheat sometimes. It comes together a lot faster than egg salad. I've fucked up enough poached eggs to put me off them, but I have a sous vide machine if I'm really in the mood for perfect runny yolks.

>use rye
it's not that the grain isn't desirable, it's that it's more expensive than the bottom bin shit they use instead.

That omelette is very nice looking compared to the other eggs. Personally I'm lazy so I just press the edge of the spatula into the yolk while it's frying, but I do like runny eggs.

YES!--except it's over 9000X better than store bread,(unless baker shop).
You should make some--you'll see.
do a no-knead. It's ridiculously easy, and as long as you pre-heat the cast iron dutch oven, nearly impossible to fail.
>>20540227
Go to is fried, easy over in butter.
But everyone who calls themselves a cook in any way should know at least 10 variations.
I'm not usually into poached. If I'm going to go to that kind of trouble with a pot of boiling water, it's gonna be hardboiled or coddled.
All egg styles are good, from cut-the-corner-of-your-mouth fried, to creamy french scrambled.
I don't count Balut--that is no longer egg, but poultryveal)

Someone poast LEG plz.

Recently returned from Greece and eat some delicious eggs and toast they call 'kagianas.' Cook a little garlic in olive oil, add in tomato puree with some black pepper & cook until the moisture is gone and the tomatoes are thick. Add your scrambled eggs with salt and serve over some toast. It's absolutely fucking delicious.

it's weird...The Greeks AND the Turks can throw down for breakfast.
Had a Turkish GF once for summer...We ate AMAZING food all summer long.
Creamy scrambled eggs on whole garlic clove bread toast, soujouk (like a summer sausage but pan fried,) a tomato and cucumber "Salat" peynir cheese and Coffee so thick you could almost stand a spoon in it.
She was a french fry junkie too--we bought a deep fryer just for that.
As far a turkish GFs go: AVOID.
They are all princesses and Daddy's girls to boot.

Poached on buttered toast will always be the apex for me, but I'm biased because it's what my grandma always made me for breakfast before school when I stayed at her house.

Eating poached eggs on toast may actually be the only thing left in my life that brings me happiness

It's related because one of my fave dishes is this Chinese tomato egg stir fry
