Don't eat plants. Most people don't understand that we can't metabolize plants and farts are basically our body telling us that we've eaten something we shouldn't have.

Yoghurt, fennel, mint, malva moscata, do more sports. You may have developed diabetes, lactose intolerance or some form of gluten issue though.
