Not sure how my arteries are still in tip-top shape other than regular exercise, but whenever I eat breakfast that's what I do. I bought some cheap ribeyes yesterday, those thin wimpy little shits, so I'm gonna have steak and eggs with bacon here in a bit. Or fake gyudon (which is just how I make it, fuck your "traditional" methods, I do what I want).

As much as I love pork and generally hate beef, burger grease is the best cooking day for eggs and I discovered it quite by accident. Fried a burger in a pan. Didn't feel like cleaning the pan and wanted fried eggs so I just fried them bitches in the burger grease and it was an absolute 10/10.

>beef stock/broth/bone broth (depends on what the butcher has around)
>ribeye
>dark beer
>garlic
>soy sauce
>green onions
>ginger (optional)
Slice ribeye (cheap wimpy bastards that are on sale all the time), add salt and pepper and toss around because it's fun. Oil in skillet, cook onions until soft-ish. Throw in ginger (optional), stir until you can smell it a little. Throw in ribeye, stir around for a little bit and onions start looking translucent. Throw in garlic, stir around until you can smell it. Add broth, bring to simmer. Add soy sauce, dark beer (whatever you're drinking), sugar (optional, I don't usually add it but people get mad about it). Let it simmer a bit. Skim bits off if you want, or don't, fuck it.

In other skillet, three eggs over easy. Pour beef mixture over rice, slide over easy eggs on top. Add pepper and salt on top. Green onions on top. I add Cholula to the eggs, that's why I do not add sugar. Cholula adds sweetness.
