i used to always go to this 24 hour restaurant after nights out, and i always got the fajitas.
but one time they bought me out a fajita tray with basically the vegetables of a roast?? potatoes carrots broccoli peas etc
it was the strangest thing, and they insisted it was what i ordered

Plenty of small business restaurants make plain/traditional meat and veg in corn tortilla tacos. You can get them anywhere. Frying, adding cheese, and turning them into slop are what makes them more marketable to fatties.
