ITT: Tips to make PERFECT sunny side up eggs.

Ill start: add water to the pan and then cover the pan with a lid. The steam inside from the water will cook the top part of the egg.

Another way is to crack room temp egg into shallow oil cold. Turn on heat on lowest setting and cook until egg is done. Yes, it takes forever, but that's how you get picture perfect sunnyside up eggs.

Pour the eggs into a plastic funnel that has the spout inside your ass.

Here's my method for making fried eggs, any style:
>try to fry egg
>accidentally break yolk
>switch to half-assed scramble instead
It's the culinary equivalent of tripping over your own stupid feet and then looking behind you for an imaginary obstacle. JustPretendingToBeRetarded.jpg

after cracking the eggs in a hot pan, throw them into the oven on broil until the whites firm while keeping the yolk runny

>> No.20392142

>>20391949
Naw, this makes the yolks cloudy.
The best way is to baste the whites with hot oil, obviously.

Just microwave them

Then it's no longer a fried egg is it retard?
It's a STEAMED egg.
They should put people like you away.

I like crispy edges to my whites, so I get the oil hot before I crack the egg in. They're great with some chiu chow.

break up the white part a little after you put it in the pan. this lets the white part spread more and cook faster

I dunno, I just noticed that refrigerated eggs cook unevenly, especially around the yolk. Room temperature eggs seem easier to cook to perfection.

Why do you refrigerate your eggs? There's no reason.

Pure mount stupid. You do realize that the vast majority of things you put in the fridge don't go bad overnight if left out. Not everything is milk.

Make sure the pan is hot enough to cook the egg right away when it hits the pan. Add it slowly instead of just dropping the whole egg in or else the yolk with push out the raw white before the white settles.

Read my post again. I'm asking why he bothers. I could understand refrigeration of eggs in Africa or some shithole but not anywhere developed.

>>20395009
It doesn't piss me off at all. Why would it? Are you 12? I was trying to help him cook better eggs, as per what you'd normally expect on a cooking board. Oh well.
