About equal - tablespoon of each should do it. If you want to thin it out further add a little soy sauce.

I don't like to mix them
bottom goes BBQthen mayo in between the ketchup on top.
make sure to get some of each on every chicken dip.
they'll eventually mix but you can always reload if you have enough chicken left

this! Same can be said for homemade green goddess, and homemade blue cheese/gorgonzola dressing.

When I buy a rotisserie chicken, I also buy pita and try to mock up the "chicken kitchen" version of mustard curry sauce. I typically combine greek yogurt, mayo, curry powder, mustard powder, lime juice, lime zest, and mango chutney. I usually add a bit of calabrian chili paste to heat it up.

You mean uncooked chicken breast tenderloins like pic related?

I make my own honey mustard since I am also an apiarist on 62 acres.

3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil

I also sometimes make a worchestershire/fish sauce that's pretty good.
