Tortellini. They're extremely easy to make homemade if you have a pasta maker, I like putting sausage meat and ricotta in them. Every now and then i'll spend a lazy sunday evening watching Youtube videos and making as much tortellini as I can, and vaccuum sealing into single serving portions for quick nude deployment.
