thanks! i let it rest at room temp for about an hour covered in saran wrap. i also find it helpful to roll the dough out thinner than you think you need because it does exapnd a lot after cooking

now that we have milked the zucchini thusforth we are breparing the rest of the ingredients. onions in the pan with some oil And flour until they are nice and browned, some garlic, then add rice and saute until toasty. you can add some thyme and parsley bu t i am just fresh out! add the zucchini milk back into the dish along with the zuch and most of the cheese. now we are going to season and bake for an hour
