Yeah the dough was perfect, but I used a different type of feta than I normally do, so it was a bit too sour and hard since I didnt let the cheese soak in water for long enough
This pastry is really good, but it's a ton of work for only a couple days of food

Ayy is this the anon that did the pogăcele cook along? If so thank you, I made the recibe as pullaparts for a get together (pic is them out of the oven).

Not exaggerating when I say this but I’ve never had something complimented so much, and when I took it out of the oven I was like “WTF is this amazing smell?!?”.

I used aged white cheddar and some garlic greens in the dough, added a little more of the cheddar to the top 5 min before it was done baking.
