Are olives allowed in tacos?

>> No.20242852

>>20242848
makes more sense to chop them up and add them to your taco meat, like picadillo

>> No.20242853

Olives go in picadillo, and picadillo goes in tacos, so yes

I made burritos today and though about adding olives but something in my mind made it feel like I'd be doing a cooking sin if I did, so I elected to abstain.
That being said I might anyways, fuck mexicans their cuisine is overrated and Italy is basically european mexico, vaguely similar shape, has a mix of browns throughout with some whites in the north, dishes constist of "salsas" and "sauces" both are either red or green. I feel like mexican/italian fusion just works.

Only kalamata, the others aren't allowed especially if unpitted. Who in their right mind wants to bite into some taco and get some pit or maybe break a tooth on some olive pit?

ONLY if they’re gringo hard shell tacos and ONLY if you use shitty canned black olives. Anything else doesn’t taste right.

Mexico is a Spanish colony
the Mexican/American boarder was i dividing line between European colonies and texmex is a fusion between Spanish/French/English cuisine using local ingredients and has nothing to do with "mexicans", "mexicans" as in the natives live 2000 miles south of there and have zero ancestral claim to the land that far north aside from any conquistador blood they might of inherited in which case they need to pay reparations to the natives and renounce themselves for their forefathers atrocities which were far more egregious then anything the Anglo's did.

i still use cd's even though my car has a 40gb hard drive and bluetooth etc.
I just want to be able to activate a playlist without having to take my eyes off the road and fuck around in a menu, i have 4 mp3 CD's which each hold +100 songs that's 24 hours of music which is enough for a road trip across the country.

Yeah I've thought about getting a fancy new head unit but honestly I kind of like the radio again, they mostly play music for oldfags on most stations because the only people who listen to the radio are, well, oldfags
Even the alternative radio stations are going back to the 90s which is fucking right, this new music mostly sucks
Last summer the fed changed the regulations on how music producers, largely taking their thumbs off the scale of what was actually popular, and it turns out, shit peaked by 2010, just like we all know it
