NTA he's out of line, but he's also not wrong. Remember when menus were simple to read, prices were obvious, and promo items were in the same promotion spot every time? Now that there are TVs acting as menu boards McDonalds is the worst offender but its constantly animated, you can never find what you want, there are even commercial breaks over the menu for some reason, and shit is just all over the place placed nonsensically.

I get it, its to get zoomers looking at the menu but for 80% of customers its confusing to look at and find what you want.
