Why do people think adding this to something makes it "anti inflammatory"? You're supposed to eat the real thing to get its benefit, the powdered shit does nothing

at what point in grinding the root into fine powder does it lose its potency? shouldn't it just help digesting it?
is this just another food processing bad thread? should I eat my meat and potatoes raw too?

more surface area = more oxidative damage
this is why block salt is superior to table salt

It doesn't sit in your stomach for bacterias to feed on. That is why powdered food is bad. It doesn't feel satiating, because it doesn't satiate the biome in your gut. It passes through your body faster, which is suboptimal. This is what spurred the fiber frenzy of 20 years ago.
Now we know that fiber supplements aren't useful either, because it is diluting poor food with obstacles. Doesn't make your gut biome's work easier, just more tedious, and your body doesn't feel optimal.

Eat one boiled potato vs powdered potato mixed with water and you'll be able to notice the difference immediately. The boiled potato will feel much more satiating.

what i do is mix powdered potato, fiber powder, fresh ground vitamins, and then add distilled water
this recreates the potato which i then just shape in the form of a potato with my hands, unwashed to promote probiotic activity

Where do you think pink salt comes from? They have big, empty fields in Himalaya and put down tarps and let it get rusty
