His channel is a great concept but he seems to refuse to learn how to actually make decent sausages, and intentionally uses an absurd amount of whatever random ingredients completely ruining the sausage. There's been plenty of times where the sausage could have actually been pretty interesting, if not actually good if he just used some common sense in the quantities he adds. Of course some of the sausages are just straight up never going to work like ice cubes, and those joke videos are fine, but ones like Fois Gras could have actually been amazing if he'd mixed the foi gras with some lean pork.
