For me it’s bbq pork ribs, specifically baby back ribs. Best food on earth.

It’s just a way better value than baby back too. Like literally half the cost or something crazy

Be they baby back or be they spare ribs, I shall devour them all and show no mercy

I like St Louis style more because they get crispier. Ironically, I live in St Louis and almost all popular bbq places use baby backs.

The meat comes right off the bones if they have been cooked properly. You can ask your mom or grandma to take the bones out for you if you can’t do it yourself

St. Louis BBQ isn't real, it's literally just Memphis BBQ but in STL.

Kansas City is the best style of Barbecue period. Pic related, Burnt Ends

if you're actually making barbecue ribs (slow smoked with indirect low heat for many hours) then spare ribs are far superior. They hold up better and don't get overpowered by the wood smoke flavor. If you're just doing Yankee bullshit "bbq" in the oven or on a hot grill then babybacks are good.
