I get that anon is fond of 'chovies.
I tried it, didn't work for me.
So how do anon use those little shitty fishies besides on a pizza.

Imagine anything you want to taste savory and it'll be good with 'chovy. Put them in chili, beef stew, curry, barbecue sauce, pasta sauce, inside of burgers or meatloaf, etc. They're just a bang-pow-whiz that wows the yum-zone of your amygdala.

Salted anchovies are the best. Salted between rocks, the traditional Dalmatian style. But now apparently EU is gonna put a stop to that because putting heavily salted fish between two rocks isn't according to EU food regulations. Fucking Bruxelles.

I'm gonna buy kilos of it and store it. So once the ban comes, their price will skyrocket and I will make millions. Just like Japs are doing with tuna.

i've had it on a pizza once and it fucking ruined the whole pizza. i was under the impression it would be like any other fish i've tried (which i've liked, like salmon, sardines, talapia, cod, etc), but it was so fucking nasty. i ended up ditching the pizza in a parking lot- it was horrible. fuck anchovies

If those are marinated, I'd just put them on some bread and eat them like that.
Tinned are for cooking, a classic ingredient in many dishes, especially sauces.

I do something like 0.5-.75 per plate made in a batch and its great. I have overdone it to where you can taste the fishiness, but that was probably like 5 in a 12 inch pan of sauce.
