have we been overlooking donkeys this whole time? it can even be drank by lactose intolerant people. nutrient profile is similar to regular milk if not more vitamin d.

Many people in my country 35+ grew up on donkey's milk since it's nutritionally closest to mother's milk. It's grown fast less common in recent years. I live in America now and I saw camel's milk for sale last week but didn't bother to mentally register the price. Just thought "oh, that's neat" and kept it moving.

Lactose is sugar. There are lactose free milks already. Although some people say they have more luck with raw milk. Instead of looking for new milks from different animals we should probably try to find a way to get safe raw milk available to more people.
