Not a chain necessarily, but maybe a steakhouse or pub....
Until I know if my 1/2 lb burger is juicy, I may ask the waitress for a side of mayo. I always get a steak knife to slice it down the middle too. It tends to be a missing mayo problem when I order a black and bleu burger, which is served with a nice layer of bleu cheese but missing the mayo. Like on a BLT, there is a nice marriage of mayo and sliced tomato.
