pizza's a tough one. yes, a dish called the pizza originated in naples, but it looks absolutely nothing like the modern pizza (even the margherita). it wasn't until poor italian immigrants came to the US that the pizza we all know was made (and then subsequently exported back to italy after WW2 and the italians claimed all along they were the original inventors)

It originated in Armenia and was known to both the Greeks and Romans well before the Naples variant was popularized

You got a source for that? I don't doubt you but the history of the hamburger sandwich is pretty foggy
Ground beef started getting called "hamburger" I think around the civil war, and the hamburger sandwich was popularized in the 1904 World's Fair but absolutely was not invented for it
The Romans had a similar sandwich to hamburgers for travelers the concept is surely ancient

He’s referring to Louis’ Lunch which is still in operation.

From wiki
>Louis' Lunch is a fast food hamburger restaurant in New Haven, Connecticut which claims to be the first fast food restaurant to serve hamburgers and the oldest continuously operated hamburger restaurant in the United States. It was opened as a small lunch wagon in 1895 and was one of the first places in the U.S. to serve steak sandwiches. According to Louis' Lunch, the hamburger was created in 1900 in response to a customer's hurried request for a lunch to go.
