I have discovered I really like salsa. Whats the healthiest thing I can dip into salsa that isn't just a vegetable? I tried carrots and calery but it didnt taste right. Are there any 'healthy' tortilla chips? Is it actually good on eggs like I have heard?

There are expensive "healthy" chips, from grain-free to made from pea or bean protein. Some of them even taste good. You can feel a bit better from eating these.

Just eat it with a spoon, who cares? It's essentially tomato soup before being blended

>Are there any 'healthy' tortilla chips?
Got an Oven? you can cut 2-3 regular flour tortillas into 8 wedges(like a pidzer, in fact a pidzer cutter is great for this,) AFTER giving them a light coating of olive oil or even butter, then baking on a sheet tray or 2 for 10 minutes at 400°F.
Season with a little fine salt and whatever else(garlic powder, fresh black pepper, chili powder, etc.)
BEFORE baking them.
Pretzel rods.
Salsa is also delicious on egg sammiches, scrambled or fried. It offsets any cheese nicely.
One warning, oh eater of the new:
Don't get trapped into only one kind or brand of salsa. try a bunch of different kinds, even make your own ,(passable ones can be made from canned tomatoes, but fresh is better.) Different ones can have very different uses. Caesara type (a more liquid, fresh style red,) is more suitable for chips, while Salsa verde, is rarely as sweet, and has a sharp tomatillo flavor that compliments burritos and even just salads when combined with an equal amount of sour cream and a dash of apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper.

These are pretty good. Blue corn chips are great with Aldis Organic salsa--for whatever reason, I don't like their Mama Cosita's brand. It tastes fine, but I ALWAYS end up refluxing it later...And that's not a normal thing for me.

Hope this was helpful--enjoy your adventure into "Sauce"

Whatever you say Turbo-Faggot Satan.
I can guarantee I've deep fried hundreds of pounds of corn tortillas more than you, and OPIE was asking for a healthier alternative.
Post a pic of the last thing you've cooked, so we can all have a good laugh, moron.
You are clearly a Know-nothing CUNT.

You're helping someone who just discovered salsa
Also I pulled quads, not trips, so like dubs, those are not satanic, but do indicate some faggotry in your advice
Corn tortillas exist, Anon, and baked corn tortillas would make for healthier chip-ternatives than flour ones
I haven't cooked anything in a week since I had a root canal and honestly it just kinda sucks in general plus I'm on antibiotics that basically mean all I can eat is yogurt and kimchee

get some flatbread from your local ethnic shop, smear salsa all over it, top with jalapenos, chilies, garlic, chicken, red onion, bellpepper and some shredded cheddar and enjoy - easily my favourite way to use leftover salsa

healthy tortilla chips need to be made at home by frying strips of corn tortillas without vegetable oil in them in something like butter or tallow.
that said if you like it and dont want to eat chips, they are wonderful with toast and some eggs over easy.
>>20134629
>>20134635
this shit is almost certainly fried in vegetable oil so thats a no go op.
you should eat unhealthily if all you need to see is pretty packaging to be convinced to try something

HALLO MY NEWFAGGY FRIEN!!
At least you're present as one. There aren't any hard and fast "GET" rules with quads, hence the "Turbo" you prolly haven't been here long enough to know pali-Gets and "123456" and the like were considered solid too.

>ignores copious proof he's WRONG about his original faggotry
>Tortilla chips are made of corn, faggot
Just take the L and move on.
I've also baked corn tortillas- they suck, even with a good oil. You'd do just as well just buying a bag of tostadas and snapping them yourself. they are still deep fried.

Good luck Turbo-Faggot-Cunt-Satan
