Harboiled eggs, mayo, tomatoes. Salad optional. Cooked spinached is better.

You'll get good sandwiches with those.

But surimi are better considered as an entree really.

Russian crabstick salad!
Crab sticks cut in small cubes, cucumbers cut in half, seeds removed with spoon, also diced in small cubes, corn, mayo, and rice. You can also add shredded iceberg salad, adds more volume to the salad, some people use pickles too but I don't like it with pickles. Pretty good salad, I make once every couple months.

The link between cholesterol and heart disease is a complete joke anyway.
>Bullets kill people
>So we should stop all mining operations
That's the logic. The root cause is lipoprotein damage from exposure to oxygen. Lipoproteins are what carries fat and cholesterol around the body to where it's needed, and when damaged they wind up turning into foam cells that for some reason get stuffed into arterial walls. There's also zero evidence that the blockages happen inside the artery, meaning it's actually happening from the outside. All of those scary videos you saw when you were younger about fat just floating around your system and magically getting stuck somewhere are so horrifically wrong.

I don't think it works like that.

Even studies designed by people trying to market eggs show dietary cholesterol increasing blood cholesterol and harming arterial function.
