lately what I've been doing is couple spoons of mayo in a small container and then to one side I squirt ketchup and on the other side I pour A1 and try to get a little of all the sauces on my fry dip.
BBQ works good in place of A1. that was my sauce combo jam back in the day.
small batches work best as when they mix, it becomes one note
even dragging my fork through it before I going for a bite of omelet works nice too
