yeah so that one went wrong, because he used too many ice cubes, so there's more steam and it's slower because the ice takes away more heat from the oil
if you put one or two ice cubes in there they melt and turn to steam quickly and the oil bubbles up a bit, it's nothing crazy but it does look cool
