It looks Detroit crust style, which has its fans, no issues there.
If this were any other sausage pizza, the sausage would have had the benefit of flavoring the sauce, and there would have been some tuck under within the sauce. The ratio is off. I would even worry the sauage isn't fully cooked through. There is too much oil on top, so though I never blot pizza, I would have some tiny portion of this, or else blot off the oil.
