I vote for the humble gammon roast. I don't know if anyone else even does something like this, but it's certainly not a part of my native Polish cuisine. Cooked properly, it is heavenly. Soft as butter, intensely flavourful and with a wonderful sweet and sour glaze. The best part is that it's not even difficult.
