Just jar sauce I bought. But I did add tomato paste and extra seasonings. It's reducing nicely with the first meatballs plus a tablespoon of the grease they cooked in.

Now it's all done. At least as the meatballs and sauce are concerned. My next step is toasting bread with some cheese to make a gud samm'itch. But I am not in a rush. The longer this simmers, the better it will be.
