Does /ck/ fold his cereal boxes like this? Is it of any advantage? Is it a skill worth developing?

I haven't eaten a bowl of cereal in like 30 something years. I did have a Capt Crunch™ crusted chicken breast sandwich a while back that was pretty good, however.

I've been trying to reduce the amount of cereal I eat because even the healthier options still have an incredibly unhealthy amounts of sugar. I got lazy and had some for breakfast.

I don't eat poison. Pro tip, if your "food" has a nutrition facts label, it isn't really food.

>The midwit attempt at making a point
It's not literally about the long names of the "ingredients." In real life a pineapple contains a ratio of fiber to sugar that minimizes the harm to your liver, arteries and mitochondria, and isn't addictive; and it doesn't contain any preservatives that kill your gut bacteria; and it doesn't contain any emulsifiers that dissolve your intestinal lining; and it doesn't contain any oxidized seed oils that cause heart disease. The foods that don't have nutrition facts labels don't have any of these elements but almost all foods that have labels do have at least some of them.

It only has to have a label if it's processed milk. Usually this means homogenization, pasteurization, bleaching, and the addition of vitamin D. Raw whole milk does NOT have a label.

Not really.
A vegan would have made a thread talking about being vegan. I didn't make this thread.
And unlike you I posted on topic instead of just bitching.
