Cottage cheese with a generous amount of sriracha. The fattiness surrounds whatever heat the sauce has and really brings out the savory notes -- it's my go-to afternoon snack.

Based 'Monters. I'm from MA but learned to eat apple pie with cheese at about the age of 2 because we went to the Big E every year.

Also, pickerel. It's way better as a combo than you would imagine.
