One of my most favorite food is toast drenched in butter and a thick layer of marmite on top.

It's SO good and I can lterally feel it vitalizing my body with salt and butter and carbs and all the vitamins and minerals in the marmite. SO savory, so buttery and the bread fills me up.

What a fantastic food! And specifically this brand nothing can compare.

Check out the nutrition content. Combine that with the vitamins and calories in butter and the fuel from the carbs and fat and you have the PERFECT food.

I've had breakfast at various restaurants/hotels across the world, but nothing compares to my homemade marmite on toast.

It's like extremely salty and savory and meaty. It almost burns your mouth. Kind of like soy sauce reduced into a paste. But less "asian" flavored.

It's a spread, you use it like peanut butter or jam and put it on toast. People have preferences some like a tiny smidge, other people like me like it really strong. It tastes salty, savory, and incredibly "umami". It's very intense and people either love it or hate it. You can also use it as like an umami booster. I add some to beef stock or casseroles. But the best is heaps of butter because the richness cuts through the intensity of the marmite, and a nice thick layer of marmite (not too thick it can give.me heartburn or burn my mouth a little.)

It was impressive to me too but the ingredient list has vitamins and minerals in it, so it's mostly added. It's not naturally that nutritious.
