This. Moussaka is literally the tastiest and healthiest dish you can ever make yourself, and it's pretty easy as well.

Their sweets are also top notch. Very underrated cuisine, I'm glad they are gaining traction.

I think that when you talk about a country's cuisine, you need to differentiate between what people typically eat, and the idealized version of the country's cuisine.
People often criticize cuisines on the basis that what regular people eat most days isn't very interesting, but the same culture may also have some amazing dishes that are worth ranking high. I think we need to make a clear separation.
I have the ideological belief that all/most civilized cuisines are (equally) good, you just need to do it right (but some cultures may be less good at doing it right, which is separate from the cuisine)
