Does anyone have tips on how to eat a carnivore diet on a budget?

>> No.19995264

Ground beef (80/20, preferably higher)), buy roasts in bul to grind your own meat, and just buying in bulk in general.
Try source your meat directly from the farms if you can.

it depends on how anal you'll be. some carnivores just do meat, and even further just beef and salt, while others are open to any animal product. dairy can be a good source of calories, as well as eggs. organ meat is pretty cheap and very good for the nutritional value. making friends with a butcher can also lead you to some good deals, and if you ask for scraps or fat some might give it to you for cheap. if you're like me and too much of a bitch to talk to people, there are online butchers which may or may not be cost effective for you, and often times local butches if you order over a certain amount and live nearby will deliver.
I live in canada so I just watch whatever is cheap, and here that's often pork, chicken, and sometimes beef. I'll eat beef organs a few times a week, and if I eat something like a steak I'll pair it with butter. when you go carnivore it's pretty easy to do just one or two meals a day because of how filling it is, and that helps with cost as well.

The farm I get my meat from throw all the bones and suet I want in for free if I ask them a week before, and sometimes they even have some pork skin I can use for cracklings.

Just catch some wildlife. For example, you can just go take ducks from the park. Or go fishing. I keep a few squirrel traps and normally just eat the legs, not enough meat to worry about elsewhere. Fried up with some seasoned flour and onions, they're like drumsticks.
Normally when I go fishing I catch like a dozen trout or bass, and I'll eat what I can that day, freeze a few, then fillet, chop and can the rest in mason jars with some sauce, sometimes tomato, sometimes just like seasoning and citrus.

Daily food costs:
1 lb ground beef, $2.78
6 eggs, $1.50
4oz cheese, $0.92
1 lb chicken drumsticks, $1.19
Hot sauce, mustard, etc. $0.50
Some days I'd only eat half of this.
Budget $40 to $50 per week.
I buy in bulk and freeze.

Carnivore diet saved my life, as it finally let me feel my sugar cravings as something alien to me. That it wasn't me craving the sugar and grains... It was another presence, moving and living inside of me. This led me to the wormpill, and now I am taking back control of my mind, body and spirit.
OP: canned corned beef is very cheap and is great fried up with eggs. It's very high in protein, and often cheaper per lb than fresh beef.

Replacing your sugar addiction with a fat and salt addiction is retarded

It wasn't an addiction, it was a temporary change in diet. It worked. I've lost a tonne of weight and I'm eating way healthier now (not carnivore anymore, but much less carbs, and no fast food)
I recommend it to every fatty to try it for a while, it helps reset the gut-brain.
Go crusade somewhere else, mudblood. You have no power here.

Turkey is often the cheapest meat available. Don't buy wings, they're usually 90% fat and skin and bone. Drumsticks have a lot of meat on them and are cheap. Whole birds are the cheapest if you don't mind storing them to eat off of for a week or two.

Pork is usually the cheapest red meat around here.

Beef tongue used to be dirt-cheap at Wal-Mart but then it got popular. It's pretty good if you prepare it right -- you peel off the entire outside of it and a couple of glands go with the peel.

LOL. The feds will crucify you if you don't have a duck stamp on your hunting license, and if you take them out of season, or even if you shoot them at night or on the ground.

I knew someone who got pregnant, got dumped, and raised her daughter all by herself. She bought a cheap .22 revolver and used to go out in city parks at night to shoot rabbits to put meat on the table.

I think we should all eat bugs instead of animals. It's the only moral and healthy way to protein consumption. And, on the bright side, being on the RIGHT side of history. I know how much everyone loves being on the "right".

I just think telling people to eat CANNED meat is maliciously retarded.

I eat ~50 grams of raw butter every day and it did wonders to my mood stability.
I wonder how many modern mental disorders are caused by carb-heavy diets and could be cured through fat-heavy diets.

It's amazing what you can find on Ali Express, I have a whole shelf of 6-8 year old spleens (it was a great deal, had a coupon).
