It is funny when Mexicans get buttblasted when someone calls Taco Bell or other texmex places "Mexican. I can at least understand Chinese people laughing at American Chinese food being so different. But Mexican food is literally beans, cheese, sauces and meat for the most part. Half the time, the Americanized version tastes better anyway.
