Why does anything I cook go cold in like 3 minutes, if I don't scarf it down as soon as I'm done then it's going to be cold 100% which means my whole process has to be prepped for the second the food is done

Because once you remove whatever from a source of greater or equal heat, entropy will cause the food to lose energy to the surrounding environment. Imagine how much energy it takes to heat up a plate - do you think your food will have that energy?

Pre-heating plates (warm water/steam is a good one) is a common way to keep food warmer for longer OP. A short blast on the microwave isn't going to hurt much either.

hyperthyroidism, you live in alaska, you have a terrible sense of time, you cook thing food with a lot of surface area, your plates/bowls aren't warm, you are going through menopause, you are lying and just feel lonely enough to post here, dave is gaslighting you, your serving spoons and ladles have peltier devices on the business surface, the insides of your mouth has become asbestos, you're delusional, god is smiting you every time you eat because of what you did to her, you are bad at cooking, you are at a high elevation, you are a woman

mix and match your favorites!

For me it's Dave. The best gaslighter. I even ask for extra paranoia-inducing narratives and he is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

Yeah just do this op. But I put mine in the oven at the lowest temperature as I start cooking, and take them out when I'm done.

What temperature is that?
My lowest is a bit too high for that (180F)
