I'll start.
For me, it's the Quarter Pounder With Cheese from McD's
Literally the perfect burger. It was designed specifically to compete with the Whopper but for some reason gets sidelined by the Big Mac as the place's "signature" burger.
The Big Mac's 2 patties are worse than the QPC's one, and is mitigated by all the bread and lettuce.
I'm also not a fan of the glorified Thousand Island dressing.

A burger I made myself. Personally I could go for any kind of burger, as long as it was one that I made, ya know?

Kaiser roll (brioche sucks fuckoff already)
cheese on the burger
bacon on the cheese
tomato on the bacon
salt the bacon and the tomato
onions and tomato sliced very thinly
anything else is up to you

it doesn't have to be a smash burger just don't serve me a giant meatball on a bun. Picrel is bullshit and defeats the purpose of putting it on a bun because it can't be eaten without falling apart after the first bit

Smashburgers suck and so do overly thick burgers. You want it to be just the right thickness.

Im simple... a good amount of meat some cheese and lettuce and some pickles ketchup and mustard. I can even handle just cheese and meat if I have to but I prefer those basics.

ive been coming around to the quarter pounder with cheese being superior to the big mac lately. gone in and got a mix of both a few times and each time the quarter pounder tasted better overall. im a fan of the big mac sauce but something bout the big mac's changed. it tastes different and to me not in a good way.

Smash burgers are always more flavorful, just gotta stack them if you want more meat. Between more surface area for crust and more seasoning when you do multiple patties, it just always tastes better than regular burgs. Only time I want a regular patty is off the smoker or charcoal.
Last night's double cheese with ketchup, pickle, and rehydrated onions. I've been doing the fried mustard style where you put it on before flipping and idk if I can go back to a normal smash burg now
