It's is good (for fast food) and unbelievably consistent. I can go to a CFA anywhere in the USA, and get a good product the wagie hasn't fucked up. The pickles are an insult, I know. But the chicken is perfectly fine.

Meanwhile, every other fast food is a craps shoot. I might get good service/food, or I might get foot lettuce, a barely assembled sandwich, or fuck all from the lawry's americans running the place. I went to Popeye's once, their sandwich was just rock hard. I might have well have had an actual rock in the bun. Never had that problem at CFA, no matter the time of day or location.

Eaten chick fil a for 3 decades. Only ever had their nuggets, tenders (once, didn't like them), fries, sandwich, spicy sandwich, and spicy deluxe (once, didn't like it). Oh also their lemonade is way too sweet. Never tried their salad, shakes, possibly cookies or something.
