I put pork, beef and lamb in a blender with some water. After blending it to a loose paste, I strain any excess water with a cloth. The meat paste is seasoned with many herbs & spices. With saran wrap, I form hotdogs and steam them (like dumplings {obviously not with the wrap}). Once formed and firm, I cool them. Once cool, I fry them (scored). Great homemade hotdogs, without the preservatives and homemade (not corporate goyslop).

My grocery store sells all beef hot dogs, but it's the leftovers from the butcher shop and not exactly the parts you generally want to eat unless everything is ground into a paste. They're a little more expensive, but they taste pretty good.
