1. Stir fry potatoes (or shredded hash browns).
2. Mix in onions once potats are soft.
3. Stir in can once onions are translucent.
4. Make hole in center and drop 2 or 3 eggs and cook till your desired done-ness.
5. Profit and enjoy hypertension from elevated salt levels.

That's great for experimenting. I haven't found anything I'm crazy about but it has a nice flavor and aftertaste.

chop up a shallot and mix with some truffle olive oil in a pan
heat till fragrant
shape the shallots and oils into the center
put the mashed up corned beef directly on top
sprinkle top with cayenne pepper
leave the shit there until the bottom turns crispy

then just take it off an serve with whatever. Guess you could also put stuff on top like cheese or whatever.
