The metal pattern on the pan is not coated in teflon, which should tell you that your egg will stick to that part of the pan. Perhaps it is less sticky than true stainless, but it is definitely more sticky than true teflon. Either way a can of pam and a sufficiently preheated steel pan will give you a nonstick pan that doesn’t scratch.

inherited vs earning it. you're retarded

>> No.19950765

My least favorite part about teflon is that it flakes off if you use metal implements. If this has all the durability and heat retention of a steel pan with any less stickiness then I'd say it sounds objectively better than steel.

Tell your relatives and yes, you will quickly find people care an awful lot. Your risk of being murdered jumps way the fuck up the second you win the lottery. I care too in fact. Can I have some money? I'm very poor, I have a bad leg from bone cancer that didn't get found until my femur shattered underneath me and what might be an undiagnosed personality disorder from my shit parent's garbage parenting. These circumstances and others have led me to a severely pathetic existence where I struggle to care for myself, and it is a very real fear that if I ever exhaust the goodwill of the person I'm living with currently, I will almost certainly die in the street. Let me know if you are willing and I'll provide an email we can discuss in private, where I'll be happy to provide proof.

Kek so it's basically an Excalibur coated pan that's already been worn so the stainless is sticking through.
Hilarious.
I have a couple Excalibur coated pans I've used frequently for years and years and they're still flawless and non-stick.

it's nothing like that. the idea is that the nonstick coating is recessed so you can't reach it with the utensils and damage it. it doesn't work but that's the idea.

>> No.19959434

>>19958545
That's exactly what an Excalibur coating pan becomes once it wears down. I remember reading this in their advertising material. They boast that it's metal utensil safe because eventually the PTFE wears down and little bits of stainless steel stick through it which the metal utensil will touch instead of the PTFE.
Hexclad is literally a pre-worn Excalibur coating lmao.
