Wife made a sweet potato casserole last night with a pecan crust and we baked it this afternoon with the marshmallows. It was amazing! I baked a spiral glazed honey ham, smoked chicken wings at 225 for 2 hours flip them after one, turned the smoker up to 300 and covered the wings in Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard BBQ. Then I made corn with butter black peppercorns, salt and butter. Mother brought over deviled eggs, baked beans, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and coleslaw. Now I’m about to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday! It’s a good day frens.
