not really, but I workout 2-2.5 hours every day so I sweat a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if at least 1/3-1/2 of my daily electrolyte intake is lost in my sweat. I drink probably 64-80floz of water daily plus whatever the water content of the food I eat is
