Anything sweet. I thought I had the worst sweet tooth but my wife's friend's husband eats a fat sack of gummy bears and a bag of skittles daily. He looks like he's in good shape but he's pre-diabetic.

For me it’s sweets and pizza. It’s been years but during the last deep funk I had to put the pizza places on a rotation so I didn’t order from the same place too often.

I have two 7kcal days with an average of 5kcal a day over the past month
I was doing well for 7 months, losing weight and then got bad news about a job and the sads came back.
I am back to 1400kcal a day but it took me a month to get back on the wagon
