What are your favorite onigiri recipes and fillings? So far I like it with tuna, mayo and vegetables that I stir fry for a bit, with soy sriracha sauce

I just go with the staple tuna mayo or salmon. If there are crunchy fillings I go for that too. Making them the first time was nice but trying to figure out how to temporarily wrap them for travel to separate the ball and dried nori wrap was a brain teaser. I didn't want to do 2dozen or more foil wraps that let you peel it even though that would've been more impressive.

I normally just make tuna & spicy mayo, and some with cucumber & cream cheese.
