I WANT TO EAT PROCESSED FOOD WITH ADDED SUGAR AAAAAAAAAA THE CRAVINGS MY GOD THE PAIN. IT'S ONLY BEEN THREE DAYS MY GOD HOW IS THIS POISON GOYSLOP ALLOWED FOR CHILDREN?

My plan is to go through November without eating processed foods high in carbohydrates (I failed day 2, but reseted). Now three days clean and I'm depressed and craving. I'm fit and lean, but I want to cut out this shit completely.

Now it's time for you to rediscover all the natural sugars in things you never thought about before.
Go get some carrots, radishes, dates,(nod to the other anon,) figs, or if you're trying to avoid fructose, get some other vegetables that you've never tried before like kohlrabi, or jicama .
make yourself a big bowl of crudités, and eat them just as is.
you might be surprised at the complexity of real foods, once you stop blasting your tastebuds with sugars and flavorings,(and cum.) A little salt goes a long way too.

no really... fucking make a special trip to Aldis or whatever you have. AVOID pre-cut shit, that's massively overpriced.

if you don't already have a good peeler, swing by a dollar store and get a cheap one. IGNORE all the temptation foods, just get in , get your shit, and get OUT. Try to make it into a speed run or sumthin'.
If you find you HAVE to have something to dip them in, get a smol tub of plain greek yogurt and add salt, pepper, dry herbs, worst-of-shires, sriracha--whatever is a closer flavor to the goyslop "Dressing" that you'd normally cave into.
*Pro-tip: don't just mix it all up in the container, put it in a separate little bowl or something--that way you can later mix a different one or just have it plain.
Don't forget to drink lots of water too.
You're gonna feel a hell of a lot better polishing off a half bag of carrots, 3bell peppers cut into strips and a bag of radishes with grek yogurt dip, than plowing through a bag of flavor sprayed tortilla chips, and half a bag of sugar frosted BBQ chips.
(sorry, I know it sounds good right now--if you find yourself picking up a bag, just read the back, COMPLETELY--then make a warranted look of disgust and put it back nicely on the shelf as if it were toxic waste.)
