I had a habanero sauce quesarito at taco bell that had some kick to it and was very good. It was only on the menu for a couple of weeks, I think sometime in 2014 or 2015. They came out with a Sriracha one around the same time as all, also very good but not as spicy.

Nah, we do it solely to troll spergs like you. The bar I go to for wings has a sauce with 2 peppers on it, so I tried it and it didn't have any spice let alone flavor. Woman behind the counter told me it "depends on the day", but how does that make any fucking sense? The hot sauce is pretty dang hot so it's all good though.

If you're looking for strong spicy food from fast food places, you'll be sorely disappointed. The average fast food eater is a spicelet that needs to chug milk from just eating black pepper. Fast food companies know this so they cater to them. I don't even have good heat tolerance but I tried Taco Bell's Diablo Sauce and thought it was a joke.

I feel like even Chinese restaurants have toned down their spice, I haven't gotten a general tso's with the little peppers in it in a long time. Sad times, maybe sign of end times? Who knows

There was a doner wrap place I saw in Turkey when I visited that had some extremely fucking spicy peppers that looked like lighter colored and slighlty mushier jalapenos but were 10x spicier. There had like 5 different spice options but even the 3rd option was extremely fucking spicy.
I think the chain closed like a year after I was there but their doner was also really good.

First time I had Zaxby's I got their "insane" sauce and they must have botched that batch because it tasted and smelled like gasoline but it was surprisingly very spicy. I've had it since then and it's not as strong as that weird time.
Wingstops atomic or whatever is alright. Tijuana Flats sometimes has something pretty spicy at the sauce bar.

IIRC Taco Bell had a ghost pepper burrito like, 6 or 7 years ago, that I remember being pretty fuckng hot.

I know exactly what you mean. I usually prowl thai and Indian places and just take whatever they say it's the spiciest on the menu, because I'm fed up with stuff being marketed as hot when it clearly isn't.
I have accepted that i will never find something for enough in my countries grocery stores, so i just cook for myself or go to the aforementioned establishments.

I think a lot of it depends on where you live. In New England the hottest jar salsa you will find in a store is “medium” same thing with Chinese or Mexican places. You have to find the right spot and then tell them you actually want the heat and even then they will be suspicious and tone it down likely. They get sick of chowder sucking faggots complaining.

the only fast food place i've been to that had actually hot hot sauce was mamoun's falafel on st marks st in manhattan. You'd never expect a turkish place to have hotter hot sauce than any mexican place but there it is.
