Close. It also has brisket, the cheeses are cheddar and swiss and the bread is a sesame seed bun (albeit smashed in that photo).
It was a damn good sandwich, too.

God damnit those were my alternative guesses for both the cheeses but I went the other way because the yellow was melty and the white was solid. If it was flipped then I would have went with cheddar and swiss.

Yep. The smokehouse brisket sandwich is one of their best items though I always get it without the mayo. They also had a Smoke Mountain sandwich that was amazing with brisket, turkey and pork belly.
