I've recently realized that every glass of milk I drink has about 240 calories in it. That's an absurd amount, and considering I drink roughly 2-3 glasses a day, way too many calories. I'm trying to eat better, and have been inching my way towards 1500 calories per day.

I'm not willing to go 'water only', so I'm looking for alt-milks. In order of calories ascending:
>Cashew Milk
>Almond Milk
>Coconut Milk
>Oat Milk

These are the ones I'm considering. Which are worth trying? All unsweetened of course.

All those alt milks are fillers and garbage. Just drink skim milk if you crave it.

You mean coconut water? Coconut milk is way more calorie dense than dairy milk

I'd recommend Planet Oat Vanilla oatmilk, it tastes really good. Great on its own, in cereal, in coffee, or baked goods. 90 calories per cup. It's not unsweetened but it only has 4g of sugar per cup. Plus 2g of fiber which is more than a lot of milks have

Oatmilk is better than bovine milk.
Oatmilk does not contain estrogen, unlike bovine milk.
Oatmilk tastes better than bovine milk.
Oatmilk is healthier and does not contribute to high cholesterol, heart disease, and cancer; unlike bovine milk.
Oatmilk is easy to make yourself, ans bovine milk you cannot make yourself because you're not a perpetually pregnant, hormone-injected, female cow that will never see the light of day.
Oatmilk is fortified with many nutrients, while bovine slop doesn't have any nutrients because 99% of it comes from factory farms.

Oatmilk wins.

Water fast, retard. If you have fat, you can go 2 or 3 days without food easily. Eating less calories lowers your metabolism, but no food intake keeps it the same.

Just drink less milk. All those alternatives are shit and less nutritious.

honestly it's better to drink cow's milk. i drank almond milk for a long time before actually inspecting their ingredients and it's pretty appalling how many contain seed oils/phosphates. same with oat milk. i don't even drink cow's milk that often but i've gone back to 1%
